The High PriestessMajor Arcana II
The High Priestess
intuition · mystery · inner knowing · patience · the subconscious
Your gut already has the answer, even if your head is still arguing. Give yourself a quiet moment today and listen before you speak.
⬆️ Upright
The High Priestess sits between a black and a white pillar, a veil of pomegranates behind her, a crescent moon at her feet and a scroll half hidden in her lap. She knows things, and she is in no hurry whatsoever to explain them. This card points to intuition, dreams and the quiet inner voice that turns out to be right far more often than you admit. Not everything needs to be said out loud or decided today, because some answers ripen in silence.
⬇️ Reversed
Reversed, you may be drowning out your gut feeling with noise, other people's opinions or endless scrolling. Unspoken secrets could also be hanging in the air, making everything feel slightly off. Get quiet and listen to what you already know.
💞 Love
There is more going on beneath the surface than anyone admits, and that can feel thrilling or confusing, sometimes both in the same hour. Trust your instincts about this person and let things unfold at their own pace instead of demanding answers.
💼 Career
Key information is still hidden, so watch, listen and read between the lines before you act. Your intuition is a perfectly valid tool here, especially when the decision is about people rather than numbers.
👁 She knows exactly what you are thinking. So do I. Neither of us will tell you. That is the job.
